What was the highlight of Charmillion Club Resort

Superb, felt pampered and happy with the whole experience - will definitely be back.

All the staff went the extra mile to be helpful - the reception resolved all problems and queries efficiently and with a smile; the food and the catering staff were exceptional and very kind; the massages and pedicures in the spa were excellent; the people selling trips were informative and not too pushy - they arranged 2 lovely ones; the pool staff, cleaners, gardeners all top quality. All this resulted in an excellent, relaxing holiday - it felt like being amongst friends. Nothing was too much trouble.

I am 79 so getting in and out of the pool would be easier if the first step were higher. But nothing really.

A resort filled with the most amazing staff!

Amazing Resort! What made my experience wonderful was the staff. They were so helpful and professional. Adly in reception was exceptional. He was so helpful with everything we need and made our stay so enjoyable. Morshed the manager, also went above and beyond for us. So nice and helpful! Honestly the best staff I have ever encountered! And lastly I have to mention Ebraheim for doing an exceptional job with the cleaning of the rooms. Amazing, amazing staff! Can’t thank them all enough!!

More variety with food would have been nice.

Great place to spend your holidays

Great location just by sea side with private beach, big swimming pools, big room with sea and pool view, loads of activities, great selection of food, nice and attentive staff. Big thanks to Hossan from housekeeping who took care of our room during our stay. Also everyone was so nice from the reception team to the pool bar staff.

Everything ..huge place and has everything even companies agents if you want to book other activities like diving or Parachute ....everything was easy and handy. Best customer service we ever had ..helpful and chatty all the time. When i had a problem with something , the desk stuff were attandful and helpful so much. The Buffet were huge and amazing food. We enjoyed alot . Love it and Staff made us feel that we have a big family there. Thanks to everyone by name.

Nothing The only thing the kids did not like that we had to leave and go home.

Wonderful

Workers are friendly and enthusiastic. The swimming pool is clean, with warm water. Mostly nice food, you can find something good according to your taste. Good drinks (keep in mind that if you look for good alcohol, you have probably chosen the wrong country, but with that in mind even alcohol is fine). A reception worker helped me to solve my issue with the local airport (it required me to make several calls on arabic, which I don't speak) without any hesitation, it was great. They provide you with a lot of bottled water so you should not bother about it (local tap water is not for drinking and even should not be used to clean teeth). Rooms and surroundings are clean and nice

I have found only 2 power outlets far away from beds.

Nothing impressive

Food quality was very low. Glasses and dishes was not clean. Snacks was very very poor low quality and juices was very bad full of water. Water counters in the main restaurant in club resort was not clean always mixed with previous juices :)). I had Diarrhea because of the bad food. Most of the room safety boxes needs maintenance “be careful, because I followed the written instructions and at the end I couldn’t open the safety box and after 2 hours they send to me the security guy and he couldn’t fix the issue too :) and he opened the box with his key but he couldn’t fix the issue so he left the box open next day they offered me to change the whole safety box, I waste my time in this topic“ Staff bars professionally was very poor. Staff was discriminating between the gust based on the nationality. My room was not as my booking. No enough golf cars for transportation, especially for elderly people. Overall I am not recommending the hotel, very bad management.

Definitely vacation to be repeated

The staff went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible, then facilities are great, we literary didn't have to go out of the resort A must do is the boat trip with the inhouse dive center , Scorpions, you will spend a day with them not to be forgotten

few small things could have made the place outstanding, The juices in the restaurant are very cheap they could have replaced the wide variety with the basic (orange, grapefruit and apple) The toiletries in the room could have had shampoos not only Shower gel

Very Good Hotel

1. Delicious and variety of food. 2. Helpful staff. 3. Excellent Pool & Sea view. 4. Active animation team with various activities. Very Good Hotel in General.

Limitation on All Inclusive backage like: 1. No access to aqua park. 2. No access for Jacuzzi and Sauna. 3. No access for a La Carte restaurants even for 1 meal per stay. 4. Only 1 towel per person per day for both sea / pool. 5. Only 2 bottles of water for welcome in the 1st day in the triple room not everyday. 6. Lunch time limited with 2 Hours (12:30 to 2:30 PM). 7. Ice cream with extra charge although it is included in all inclusive package with similar hotels. 8. 1st impression was bad because the welcome paper "with reception" which includes all limitations and punishments. It could be written with a positive way to achieve the same objectives. I see if the hotel considered the above notes, it'll be the most attractive one.

Terrible stay! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!

Terrible management and staff. They wouldn't allow me to visit my friends in their rooms. Got my air pods stolen and are willing to charge for everything. They don't have proper transportation between the aqua-park and resort. No regards for guests!

Our horrible stay ever.

Restaurant staf were very friendly and helpful. Food was oke.

Shuttle service to city centre once/day. No Wi-Fi signal in the whole hotel at all only if you pay. All inclusive is not all inclusive,we must pay for fresh drinks and ice cream. According to the hotel rules all inclusive guests can choose between 1 of the 4 a la carte restaurant once per stay but according the hotel manager our stay must be minimum 1 week,I couldn't find/read this 1 week rule anywhere in hotel folder. We were there for 5 days. The front desk manager was rude and arrogant ,in fact in all my visit to Sharm El Sheikh,I have not encountered a manager who treated the customer with such disdain. Really need to follow hospitality course. We love Sharm El Sheikh and we go sometimes twice/year to Sharm El Sheikh but we have never had a horrible stay like this time. We are really disappointed.
