Best room and view ever. Most caring staff members. Teresa best ever!

Our room was superb, it was what we asked for and more. the view from the balcony was magnificent, a direct vista of the beach and sea. Breath-taking! During our time at the hotel my wife suffered an upset stomach, Not the food just her delicate stomach. The staff could not have been more helpful in helping her to recover. Special thanks to Teresa, Customer services who took control of our well being to a higher level. This young lady was truly magnificent in the care she gave us. we are forever grateful. Mr. Walid, main restaurant Manager who cooked special meals for my wife and gave some very good advice on what to eat. He helped her recover within a couple of days. We have never had such care before in any holiday hotel we have visited over the years. Al a Carte dinning, Japanese was the most awesome meal, Highly recommended! Lebanese was a close second, Mr Aldo is a great and funny guy and made the meal surroundings even better! French was wonderful, thank you Mohamed, our waiter, for your care and attention. Thanks also to Abanoub for the ice cream and also to Amgad the F&B manager. In fact thank you to all the staff and the chefs at the main restaurant who were always happy to help, especially when you treated them with the respect & politeness they deserved. I saw some people there who were just dam rude to the staff and I hope karma hits hard. To end this part I just want to say thank you to Valeria for her help and wonderful smile and to say again thank you Teresa you were the best!! :-)

The food was mainly for the large contingent of Italians and Russian clientele so not quite what a British person would enjoy every day, but I cant blame the hotel for this as it is good business sense. Also as I said earlier, if you ask with politeness and respect the chefs will try to accommodate your tastes. No non alcoholic wine/beer. Well there was the local Berril but when I asked for a couple of these I was told it would cost me $2 a can! Reception intervened and negotiated 2 cans per day free. Also first holiday hotel that did not have free ice cream in the buffet restaurant that you could scoop out for yourself. Strange.

Wonderful

Workers are friendly and enthusiastic. The swimming pool is clean, with warm water. Mostly nice food, you can find something good according to your taste. Good drinks (keep in mind that if you look for good alcohol, you have probably chosen the wrong country, but with that in mind even alcohol is fine). A reception worker helped me to solve my issue with the local airport (it required me to make several calls on arabic, which I don't speak) without any hesitation, it was great. They provide you with a lot of bottled water so you should not bother about it (local tap water is not for drinking and even should not be used to clean teeth). Rooms and surroundings are clean and nice

I have found only 2 power outlets far away from beds.

Superb, felt pampered and happy with the whole experience - will definitely be back.

All the staff went the extra mile to be helpful - the reception resolved all problems and queries efficiently and with a smile; the food and the catering staff were exceptional and very kind; the massages and pedicures in the spa were excellent; the people selling trips were informative and not too pushy - they arranged 2 lovely ones; the pool staff, cleaners, gardeners all top quality. All this resulted in an excellent, relaxing holiday - it felt like being amongst friends. Nothing was too much trouble.

I am 79 so getting in and out of the pool would be easier if the first step were higher. But nothing really.

Everything ..huge place and has everything even companies agents if you want to book other activities like diving or Parachute ....everything was easy and handy. Best customer service we ever had ..helpful and chatty all the time. When i had a problem with something , the desk stuff were attandful and helpful so much. The Buffet were huge and amazing food. We enjoyed alot . Love it and Staff made us feel that we have a big family there. Thanks to everyone by name.

Nothing The only thing the kids did not like that we had to leave and go home.

A resort filled with the most amazing staff!

Amazing Resort! What made my experience wonderful was the staff. They were so helpful and professional. Adly in reception was exceptional. He was so helpful with everything we need and made our stay so enjoyable. Morshed the manager, also went above and beyond for us. So nice and helpful! Honestly the best staff I have ever encountered! And lastly I have to mention Ebraheim for doing an exceptional job with the cleaning of the rooms. Amazing, amazing staff! Can’t thank them all enough!!

More variety with food would have been nice.

Amazing, friendly resort

All the staff were lovely and extremely accommodating - especially as I was travelling solo and it was my first time in Egypt, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy during my stay. I was originally booked onto a room with garden view but was upgraded to sea view First of all the resort is massive - it’s essentially 3 different hotels in one - including and aqua park one. They have a play area for your kids, and entertainment on throughout the day/night. There is a large variety of food options including different restaurants that you can book onto during your visit. I personally went to the sea food one on my stay, and it was a 4 course set meal. The cleaners are very friendly too and cleaned my room to an excellent standard, and were always about if I ran out of anything As for excursions I went on a boat trip through the resort, where I got to so some snorkelling too and visit the White beach island - this was this highlight of my trip, the snorkelling was amazing as the water is so clear and the crew were all helpful and friendly. Overall can’t recommend this resort enough - will definitely be back sometime. Thank you to everyone that made my holiday one to always remember :)

Great place to spend your holidays

Great location just by sea side with private beach, big swimming pools, big room with sea and pool view, loads of activities, great selection of food, nice and attentive staff. Big thanks to Hossan from housekeeping who took care of our room during our stay. Also everyone was so nice from the reception team to the pool bar staff.

Very good value for money!

We decided to go with the all-inclusive package, and I'm so glad we did! The main buffet near the reception had an amazing selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—there was something for everyone. We absolutely loved the huge pool and the nearby beach, plus the easy access to the coral reef for snorkeling was a fantastic bonus! The 24-hour bar was great too, and our room was really spacious and comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday special by bringing me a cake! Overall, I would say it was a wonderful experience and an excellent value for the money. We were also offered a late check out free of charge, including breakfast, lunch and dinner on our last day, which is awesome, as we had our flight in the evening. We also went on a boat snorkelling trip that we arranged with one of the resort staff right on the beach, and it was just brilliant!

Here are a couple of suggestions for improvement: - While I appreciated the enthusiasm of the hotel staff on the beach, there were times when the pressure to buy excursion packages or spa days felt a bit much. It’s great that they’re all part of the hotel team, so no outside vendors, but some guests might want a little more space and not be approached every 10 minutes. - I noticed that some of the drinks, like Coke, Sprite, and beer, tasted a bit watered down.

I really enjoyed my stay at Charmillion Club Resort. The place has a great vibe, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and all the staff were professional and respectful. A big thank you to the restaurant team – especially Waleed, Ahmed Saber, and Ahmed El Sayed – for their amazing hospitality. At the front desk, the service was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Arands, Abdo, Armia, Carolos, Abdullah, and the front desk manager, Peter. Housekeeping was also excellent, and I'd like to give a special mention to Mahmoud El Sayed for keeping everything spotless and finally Ahmad Ali Shakir Jomch Mohammed sultan abdulaliem at the Swimming pool
